Vultur Petite Sirah 2013
“The Black Ink”
Deep, dark, purple color, like black ink. 100% Petite sirah. This wine has powerful and silky tannins, a complex mouth filling, and great structure. Perfect balance and great acidity enhances the strong and firm tannins, refreshing the palate to the end with a very mineral and persistent finish. The nose is intense with generous fruit, blueberries, blackberries, cassis and chocolate, marked by mineral graphite notes.
The Corky Verdict
Amy- This is possibly the best Chilean wine that I’ve ever tried. Sensational!
Sam- The nose is absolutely fascinating, forrest floor and a rich blueberry aroma that evolves with every glass. A world class wine from a great producer.
