Martin’s Lane Pinot Noir ‘Blanc de Noirs’ 2018

The Taste

A unique white wine carefully pressed from beautifully ripened Pinot Noir grapes exuding red berry fruit aromas with strawberry, raspberry and cherry to the fore. The palate is mouth-wateringly crisp and refined with subliminal hints of vanillin oak ensuring a long finish. A complex and exciting wine that will drink well from an early stage but with further improvement assured for many years to come. Another collector’s piece!

The Corky Verdict

Amy – Definitely a food wine- brambly with lots of different flavours. Try it with a roast chicken.

Sam – A very dry wine with good acidity. Packed with aromas of cherry with a delicate minerally quality to it. This should be enjoyed with rich foods such as fish and chips or tuna.
