The Taste

This Pinot Grigio is a pinnacle example of this noble grape variety, pale straw in appearance and displaying delicate tropical fruit characters with a hint of melon to the nose.  The palate is rich, spicy and perfectly balanced producing a lean, firm and lasting finish.
John Worontschak – Winemaker

Perfect with poultry, fish and pasta or to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

The Corky Verdict

Amy – this is a really fresh and clean wine and it is one of those wines that would go well with almost anything. It reminds me of a sunny afternoon next to the sea.

Sam – this is a gorgeous wine full of tropical fruit flavours that should be enjoyed with a nice fish supper.
