The Taste

A beautifully balanced sparkling wine exuding fresh floral aromas of white flowers and a crisp minerality. The ripe structure supports notes of stone fruit, greengage and cut grass, displaying a fine and delicate mousse with a persistent dry finish; an experience reminiscent of the very finest Blanc de Blancs. Neil Tully MW

Perfect with shellfish, cheese and charcuterie.

The Corky Verdict

Amy – crisp, with fine sparkly bubbles. Reminds me of a foggy morning walk on a wet pebble beach…

Sam – this Blanc de Blancs is incredibly delicate and refined. It’s reminiscent of sparkling wines from Saint Hilaire from the south of France and is well worth a try.
