Las Perdices Reserve Bonarda 2016
Intense red-violet color. Aromas of red fruits and raspberry with a spicy undertone, along with delicate touches of vanilla lent by its oak aging. Elegant on the palate, pleasant and generous. Smooth, velvety tannins. Balanced, with spicy notes as well as notes of red fruits, chocolate, and coffee. Ideal as a match with grilled meats and vegetables, pastas, or hard cheeses.
The Corky Verdict
Amy- Full bodied and intense, black fruit and rich oak. A show stopper of a wine.
Sam- Partially aged in both French and American Oak, the result is a rich and assertive wine, spicy and complex.

In the early 1950s, Don Juan Munoz-Lopez arrived from Andalucia to farm grapevines. Work has always been more important than recognition and the land and unique terroir make everything worth the effort.
In 2004, his sons decided to build a winery to produce high-quality wines with great fascination for innovation. In April that same year, they founded Las Perdices in the heart of their vineyard in Agrelo where they grew up and learned how to make wine.
The winery holds a capacity of 1,200,000 litres in stainless steel tanks of various capacities in order to optimize processes and better distribute their finest products.
