Firebrand’s version of cold brew coffee, this stout is incredibly smooth and chocolatey with an added zip from their own blend of coffee beans.  Brewed with roasted barley and chocolate malt for a luxurious depth of flavour, they have packed their hop rocket full of coffee beans for a “wake up and smell the coffee” type boost.

This charcuterie mixed platter consists of:

  • Sliced Bresaola cured with herbs, balsamic vinegar and red wine, which give a refreshing tang. It is a great way to experience British beef.
  • Sliced Coppa, pork collar cured with simple spices and matured for 3 months, a cut which develops rich flavour.  A showcase for great British pork.
  • Sliced Fennel Salami, a British take on a classic Italian finocchiona, has a fresh and clean fennel fragrance rounded out with a little red wine and garlic.
